Couples Intensives
Spend two-days in an immersive experience designed to address relationship dynamics and foster rapid healing. This focused approach helps couples identify root causes, gain clarity, and learn practical skills for improved communication and trust. Ideal for couples in crisis or those seeking fast, meaningful progress, it offers deep, transformative insights in just two days.
Couples
I offer crisis intervention after a relational earthquake such as infidelity or disclosure of an addiction, as well as premarital counseling, perinatal support, and relational skills.
I have advanced training and am fully certified in Terry Real’s Relational Life Therapy (RLT). You can expect me to be direct, honest, engaged, and call out what is not working. RLT is a model that supports lasting change, deep insights, and addresses the most complicated and difficult issues head on, from the start. It is a no-nonsense approach to couples therapy and targets underlying core issues and past traumas that are impacting your relationship. Many couples I work with report experiencing significant shifts in their relationship very quickly. RLT is efficient and productive.
Adult Families
Over the past few years, we’ve seen many families torn apart by the current political climate or various opinions about the pandemic. I work with families with adult children to heal relational wounds and other seemingly insurmountable differences including old injuries, intergenerational trauma, and challenges with the transfer of wealth.
Business Relationships
Business partnerships are often compared to family relationships. We spend most of our time at work, we are invested, we are driven to succeed, and the stakes are high. I collaborate with business partners and leaders to support relational challenges and help find mutually beneficial solutions for my clients who are struggling with stuck points and leadership issues. Many of my clients work in high pressure, high stakes industries. These positions hold challenges both in the workplace, and at home, and I understand the unique challenges that come on both fronts.
Group Therapy
Group therapy is a powerful and intimate setting to do deep work and/or gain more psychoeducation and skills in the presence of others. Please inquire about multi-couple groups and men’s/women’s groups
Supervision/Consultation
I offer supervision for pre-licensed MFTs and ATRs. I also offer consultation appointments for fellow therapists, and run an RLT consult group. Please inquire directly about these offerings.
